Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 Tbl flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbs margarine
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 3/4 cup elbow macaroni (cook 6 minutes then drain)
Directions
- Place cooked macaroni into greased rectangular baking dish
- in a pan melt butter
- combine flour and salt, stir into butter
- add milk stirring constantly over medium heat until boiling
- Boil 1 minute remove from heat
- stir cheese into macaroni
- add milk pan and stir together
- Bake uncovered 375 for 25 minutes until bubbly
