Wraps are easy to make and a very nice option for a quick lunch or for a picnic. You can mix and match ingredients you have on hand.

    Ingredients

    • 1 or 2 pkgs of medium size tortillas (the flavour you prefer)
    • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
    • 1 - 8 oz container of sour cream
    • 1 small can chopped black olives, drained and sliced (can be replaced with stuffed green olives or sweet pickles, or dill pickles, sliced)
    • 1 small can chopped green chilies, drained, sliced
    • Shredded old or medium cheddar cheese (or feta cheese)
    • 2 chopped green onions (or sliced red onions)
    • Lettuce (Boston, romaine or iceberg) or fresh spinach leaves
    • Deli meats of your choice (turkey, chicken, beef, salami, smoked meat)
    • Garlic powder to taste

    Directions

    1. Mix cream cheese, olives, chilis, cheese, green onions, garlic powder and sour cream. Spread each tortilla generously with this mixture. Add a few slices of deli meat of your choice. Place a leaf or two of lettuce. Wrap tightly with a saran wrap and refrigerate at least two hours. Slice each wrap in two. Serve with potato chips. Enjoy!
    2. NOTE: You can also substitute the cream cheese and sour cream mixture with Dijon mustard or yellow french mustard or Hellman's mayonnaise. Be creative and use what you have on hand.
