Lumpia Wrapper
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup flour
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- salt to tast
Directions
- Sift flour, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and add slowly to the flour mixture.
- Add water and continue beating until smooth, thin batter results.
- Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into preheated teflon pan with a little oil and tilt so that the wrapper is very thin.
- Cook for about 1 minute on each side.
