Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • salt to tast

Directions

  1. Sift flour, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs and add slowly to the flour mixture.
  3. Add water and continue beating until smooth, thin batter results.
  4. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into preheated teflon pan with a little oil and tilt so that the wrapper is very thin.
  5. Cook for about 1 minute on each side.
