    Ingredients

    • Pillsbury Pizza Crust
    • 1 lb Grnd Turkey or possibly Beef
    • 1 c. Old El Paso Thick & Chunky Salsa
    • 16 ounce Light Mexican Blend Cheese
    • 1 pkt Old El Paso Taco Seasoning mix green chilies (optional) Preheat oven 425 degrees.

    Directions

    1. Roll crust on non-stick cookie sheet (or possibly use cooking spray on an ordinary cookie sheet). Pre-bake pizza crust till it starts to brown. Brown meat and drain fat. Mix the meat, taco seasoning and salsa.
    2. Top crust with cheese. Then the meat/salsa combination. Top with remaining cheese. Garnish with black olives and green onions, optional.
    3. Bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes. or possibly till crust has completed baking. Don't over-bake!!! Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
    4. Place a small bowl of fat-free or possibly low-fat Lowfat sour cream in the center of the platter. Use remaining green onions as a garnish to sprinkle on top the lowfat sour cream. Place the cut pcs of pizza on the platter, surrounding the bowl.
