Loganberry Coulis (Bon Appetit)
Ingredients
- 2 x (1/2 pint) baskets Loganberries
- 1/4 c. Plus 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions
- Puree Loganberries and powdered sugar in blender or possibly processor till smooth.
- Strain. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
- Goes with Hazelnut Cake With Chocolate And Loganberries
