    Ingredients

    • Medium-size Yukon Gold potatoes – 8
    • Bouillon Cubes – 2
    • Fat cream cheese – 1/4 cup
    • Fresh garlic clove – 1
    • Warm milk – ½ cup
    • Crumbled bacon pieces – 8
    • Salted butter – 4 tablespoons
    • Chopped meat of Maine lobster – 1 and ½ cup
    • Finely sliced red onion – ½
    • Finely chopped red pepper – ½
    • Virgin olive oil

    Directions

    1. Take a large pot and fill it with sufficient water so that it submerges potatoes
    2. Add the fresh garlic clove and two boullion cubes to the water in the pot
    3. Keep the pot covered until the water in it reaches the boiling point
    4. Chop the potatoes in the meanwhile
    5. Add potato slices to the boiling water
    6. Cook until the potato pieces become so soft that a fork can easily penetrate them
    7. Remove the potato slices or drain the water out of the pot
    8. Take the potato slices together and mash them
    9. Add butter, milk, cheese and salt to it and blend the ingredients well
    10. Take a saucepan with some olive oil
    11. Add onion slices and the chopped red pepper to the pan
    12. Deep fry them until they turn brown and then, add the potato pulp to the pan
    13. Fold the chopped lobster meat and crumbled bacon pieces into the potato pulp
    14. Blend them well and the recipe is ready to serve hot
