Loaded Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 pkt frzn corn souffle - (12 ounce) thaw
- 1 pkt Mexican cornbread mix - (8 1/2 ounce)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 ounce)
- 8 slc bacon cooked, crumbled
- 2 x green onions chopped
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients till blended. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 28 min or possibly till bread is lightly browned and a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- This recipe yields 9 servings.
