Lincoln Inn Kidney Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 16 ounce kidney beans, canned
- 1 1/2 ounce onion diced
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 x clove garlic finely chopped
Directions
- Mix all chill several hrs.
