Light Asian Chicken-Orange Salad
Easy and flavorful salad anytime! Using bamboo shoots, mandarin oranges and more... Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh bamboo shoots
- 1 carrot (peeled, thin sticks)
- 1 cup cooked cubed chicken
- 1/2 cucumber cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup ramen noodles (crumbled)
- 5 ounce can mandarin oranges (reserve juices)
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl
- Add mandarin orange natural juices into a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, one tablespoon sesame seed oil stir well
- pour over salad and enjoy!
