LENTIL SOUP Ingredients
- Yellow lentil 30 gr
- Onion 10 gr
- Carrot 10 gr
- Celery 10 gr
- Tomato 10 gr
- Butter 20 gr
- Chicken stock 1 lt
- Bay leaf
- Salt
- pepper
- Datilina pasta 10 gr
- Olive oil 1 cl
- lemon 1
- Chick peas 30 gr
Directions
- Saute the onions, carrots, celery and bay leaf, add the lentils, tomato and chicken stock, leave to cook, add seasoning when the lentil are half cooked.
- When cooke blend and pass through a chinois, check the seasoning.
- Garnish with datilina pasta, chick peas, a drop of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
