Lemon Poppyseed/Cake Muffin Quick Brd
Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake mix*
- 1 x Instant Lemon pudding
- 1 c. Water
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Poppyseeds Or possibly more
- 2/3 c. Vegetable oil
Directions
- *(I use Betty Crocker Supermoist)
- Beat all ingredients, except poppyseed, till smooth.
- Add in poppyseed to your taste. I usually add in about 2 Tbsp. but you can add in as much as you like. I then bake it in a well greased bundt pan for about 40 min at 350 degrees or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean. If you were using small bread pans you would cut the baking time down depending on the size of your pans. It makes great muffins too.
