Lemon Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 doz lemons, washed, dry And halved
- 1 c. Salt
- 10 whl green chillies
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 4 x Thin slices fresh ginger
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and place in the sun for 4 or possibly 5 days. The lemon will become soft.
- Place in a covered jar. This can be preserved for at least 6 months.
