Lemon Parsleyed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Potato, tiny new or possibly medium
- 1/4 c. Parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Directions
- Scrub potatoes.and cook till tender; drain. Place in serving bowl, keep hot. Meanwhile, heat butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice. Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat. Enjoy, FROM: JEAN ALLEN
