Landlubber's Salmon Patties
Ingredients
- 1 x Pink salmon, liquid removed
- 1 x Egg or possibly 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. Cornflake cereal, crushed
- 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Oil
Directions
- Mash salmon with fork. Add in egg whites, crushed creal, onion and lemon juice. Mix throughly; form 4 patties. Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add in patties and cook 6-8 munutes or possibly till brown; turn and cook 4-6 munutes or possibly till brown.
