- 1 Korean salmon Marinade 170 gr
- 2 Bok Choy Cabbage 100 gr
- 3 Red Pepper, baton 60 gr
- 4 Spring onion, cleaned, baton 60 gr
- 5 Bean sprouts 100 gr
- 6 Fresh Mushroom julienne 60 gr
- 7 Cucumber, seeded, batons 70 gr
- 8 Garlic & ginger 40 gr
- 9 Corn oil or 30 ml
- 10 Soya sauce 10 ml
- 11 Fish sauce 10 ml
- 12 Sesame oil 5 ml
- 13 Corn starch and water slurry 10 gr
- 14 Jasmine rice, plain 140 gr
- 15 Fresh Coriander 20 gr
Directions
- 1- grilled no 1
- 2- cook no 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 in no 9 souted
- 3- add no 10,11,12 & no13
- 4- served with no 14 & no 15 garnish.
