Ingredients

  • 1 Korean salmon Marinade 170 gr
  • 2 Bok Choy Cabbage 100 gr
  • 3 Red Pepper, baton 60 gr
  • 4 Spring onion, cleaned, baton 60 gr
  • 5 Bean sprouts 100 gr
  • 6 Fresh Mushroom julienne 60 gr
  • 7 Cucumber, seeded, batons 70 gr
  • 8 Garlic & ginger 40 gr
  • 9 Corn oil or 30 ml
  • 10 Soya sauce 10 ml
  • 11 Fish sauce 10 ml
  • 12 Sesame oil 5 ml
  • 13 Corn starch and water slurry 10 gr
  • 14 Jasmine rice, plain 140 gr
  • 15 Fresh Coriander 20 gr

Directions

  1. 1- grilled no 1
  2. 2- cook no 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 in no 9 souted
  3. 3- add no 10,11,12 & no13
  4. 4- served with no 14 & no 15 garnish.
