  • Kohl's Marshmallow Fudge

    Ingredients

    • 4 c. Sugar
    • 1 can Lowfat milk (14 1/2 ounce)
    • 1 lrg Package (or possibly 2 small) chocolate chips
    • 1 pt Marshmallow fluff
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 c. Minced pecans.

    Directions

    1. (Variation on other Recipes - This is BEST!) Mix together sugar, lowfat milk and butter. Stir constantly and boil till the soft ball stage. Test by dropping a drop or possibly two of the boiling mix into a small container of ice cool water. If you can roll it up into a ball without it melting, then it's soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add in chocolate chips and stir till melted. Add in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla. Stir till melted and blended. Add in nuts. Pour into a buttered platter or possibly shallow glass pyrex oblong casserole dish. Cold, then chill till hard. Cut into 1-2" squares or possibly whatever size you want.
    2. NOTE: It may take as long as 45 min of stirring and boiling before the soft ball stage is reached. It depends on the kind of pot (stainless steel or possibly ) and range (gas or possibly electric) as to how long it takes.
    3. Be sure to record the time and the exact cooking pot you used. Then all future preparations of this recipe or possibly any of the several marshmallow fudge recipes will be 100% fail-proof!
