  • Marshmallow Fudge

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Lowfat milk
    • 2 1/2 c. Sugar
    • 2 tsp Light Corn Syrup
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 2 x Square Unsweetened Chocolate
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 2 tsp Oleo
    • 12 x Marshmallows

    Directions

    1. * 6 Tablespoons of Cocoa may be substituted for the Unsweetened CHocolate Squares Heat lowfat milk & chocolate together in heavy saucepan over low heat till chocolate is melted. Add in sugar, salt and corn syrup. Cook, stirring till boiling starts. Cover and boil 3 min to wash down sugar crystals from pan sides. Uncover. Cook without stirring till thermometer reaches 232 degrees. Remove from heat and cold without stirring to lukewarm. Add in vanilla and beat till fudge thickens and looses it's gloss. Cut each marshmallow into 8 pcs and stir into fudge. Turn into greased pan. Cut into squares when hard.
