Knishes Cheese Filling
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Diced scallions or possibly onions
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 c. Pot cheese
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Scallions are better than onions for this, so try to get them. Brown the scallions in the butter and beat in the cheese, egg, salt, pepper and lowfat sour cream till smooth. Place on dough.
