  • Kim's Hershey's Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

    Ingredients

    • Bottom Layer
    • 3/4 c. Sugar
    • 1 c. Flour
    • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
    • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
    • 1/3 c. Butter
    • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Top Layer
    • 1/2 c. Sugar
    • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
    • 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
    • 1 1/4 c. Warm water

    Directions

    1. Bottom layer: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt together. Stir in lowfat milk, butter and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Pour batter into 8" or possibly 9" pan.
    2. Top layer: Stir together sugar, brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle proportionately over batter. Carefully pour water on top. Don't STIR. Bake 35-40 min or possibly till center is almost set. Cold 15 min.
    3. Good hot, at room temperature, or possibly right out of the frig!
