Kelly C's Butter Pecan Cake
Delicious warm from the oven or room temp. Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake mix
- 1 container (16 oz) Betty Crocker Coconut Pecan frosting
- 4 large eggs at room temperature
- 2/3 c canola oil
- 3/4 c water
- 1 cup chopped nuts (divided in half)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except pecans. Spray 10" bundt pan with cooking spray. Pour 1/2 pecans on the bottom of the pan. Pour in batter. Put other 1/2 cup of pecan on the top of the batter. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 20 minutes and remove from pan by turning out onto cake plate.
