Joe's Iced Cappucino Float
Ingredients
- 1 pt Cinnamon ice cream hard
- 1 pt Double chocolate ice cream hard
- 4 c. Iced cappuccino coffee
- 1 c. Sweetened whipped cream
- 4 x Chocolate pirouette cookies
- 1 doz Warm beignets dusted with Powdered sugar
Directions
- Alternate a couple of scoops of each ice cream between four very tall parfait glasses. Pour 1 c. of the cappuccino into each glass. Garnish each float with whipped cream and a chocolate straw. Serve with warm beignets.
- This recipe yields 4 ice cream floats.
