Japanese Barbecued Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whl chicken quartered
- 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 5 x fresh garlic cloves (or possibly 3 tbspns garlic pwdr)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cold and marinate the pcs of cut chicken for 1 hour or possibly more.
- Spread in bottom of a medium-sized pan and cook in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
- This recipe yields 3 to 5 servings.
