Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Bread
I was feeling playful one night and instead of making plain corn muffins, I stumbled upon the best corn bread muffins I ever made! With a little kick from the jalapenos, a punch of flavor from the sharp cheddar cheese and the sweetness from the corn meal, this is hands down the best corn muffin I have ever tasted! (It's the easist thing to make too!) Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 2 Jalapenos
- 1 cup shreaded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup skim milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix everything together
- Put in muffin tray
- Bake 20 min
- Enjoy! I serve these babies with chilli!
