    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 c. Crushed graham crackers
    • 4 ounce Melted butter
    • 1/2 c. Sugar
    • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
    • 1 pch Cinnamon and nutmeg
    • 2 c. Chilled peanut butter
    • 2 c. Sugar
    • 11 ounce Cream cheese
    • 7 Tbsp. Melted butter
    • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla
    • 2 c. Cream whipped
    • 1/2 c. To 1 c. heavy cream
    • 3 ounce Semisweet choclate
    • 1 Tbsp. Butter Garnish: whole peanuts

    Directions

    1. Comment:I consider this best peanut butter pie on earth! well at least one of the best :)
    2. Mix the crumbs with the butter and sugars and spices and press into 2 9 inch pie tins. Combine filling ingredients and whip smooth. Mix in whipped cream and fill both pie shells. refrigeratevery well. meanwhile heat cream and butter and choclate and spread smoothly over pies.Garnish edges with whole peanuts. refrigeratepies very well. Sauce will harden upon chilling and pies will taste like a giant Reeese's peanut butter c.. Recipe makes 2 fabulous pies!
