Italian Tuna Burgers

- 1 can Light Tuna packed in water
- 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- A couple Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- A couple dashes of Italian Dressing ( I used Ken's Steak House Lite Northern Italian w/Basil and Romano)
Directions
- Mix the egg tuna and bread crumbs in a bowl. Add in the vegetables and mix well. In a hot skillet add a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Pack the tuna as you would a burger. Cook until golden brown and get's a slight crisp on the edges. Serve on greens or on a bun. With fresh herbs, mushrooms or lemons.
