Italian Pot Roast with Rotini Noodles

- 3 pound Chuck Roast
- one bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic
- one teaspoon onion powder
- one teaspoon basil
- one teaspoon oregano
- 1-1/4 cups beef stock
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 8 ounces cooked Rotini Pasta noodles
- Salt for boiling pasta water
Directions
- Sear chuck roast with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, black pepper and transfer to the slow cooker, add remaining ingredients (except Rotini) cover and slow cook beef 3-4 hours
- Remove Beef (will be super tender)
- Boil Rotini in salted water as per instructions, drain, rinse
- Serve pasta, add beef on top and enjoy!
