    A very tasty meatball that you just bake in your oven, less mess. My husband likes these with or without sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 2 Large eggs~ lightly beaten
    • 2 Cups Italian Bread crumbs
    • 1 1/2 Cups milk
    • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    • 4 Cloves garlic minced
    • 1 Medium yellow onion minced
    • 2 Tbs. dried oregano
    • 1/4 Cup parsley chopped
    • 1 1/2 Lb ground beef
    • 1 1/2 Lb Italian ground sausage

    Directions

    1. Blend milk and bread crumbs in a large bowl and let set for a bit
    2. In another bowl add break eggs, add cheese, garlic, onion, oregano, parsley and blend softly
    3. Add bread crumb mixture, then blend meats into all
    4. Form meatballs into 2 inch rounds and place on a sheet pan that has been covered with a bit of olive oil. Place into a hot 425 oven and bake for 35 minutes until brown
    5. You can serve these with your favorite sauce or plain
