Italian Beef & Pepper Subs

- 1-1/2 pounds Roast Beef (Sliced from your grocery Deli)
- one bell pepper
- s & p, to taste
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- one minced clove of garlic
- one teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 4- 6" sub rolls
- Optional: Au Jus for dipping sandwiches
Directions
- Slice open Sub Rolls and set aside
- In a saucepan add beef broth, oregano, basil, garlic on low heat, stir to mix, add s & p to taste once juices are warmed add roast beef, allow beef to drip when using tongs to remove and place in the sub rolls
- Add sliced bell pepper rings to the top of sandwich
- We love these with seasoned potato wedges and ketchup.
