Found this as an assignment from someone at work. They were tired of thier husband answering with "It don't matter" when asked what they wanted for dinner. She cooked it and proved to him that she was always on top of her game...oh yeah...he loved it! I tried it. It really wasn't my cup of tea but I have to say my husband actually wanted me to teach him how to make this dish, which was surprising because he can burn tea!

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. hamburger meat
    • 3 med. potatoes, small diced
    • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    • 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1 tbsp. onion powder
    • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
    • 1 c. water
    • 1 c. macaroni
    • 3 tsp. black pepper

    Directions

    1. Brown ground meat and drain. Peel and dice potatoes. Place browned meat, diced potatoes and macaroni, tomato sauce, water and spices in a large casserole dish. Stir well. Place in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes and macaroni are tender. Add corn and stir. Mix cheeses together and sprinkle on top. Cook for 15 minutes more
