- 1 serving slice fish ( any fish that you like)
- 2 big tomatoes ( sliced)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce ( patis)
- 1/2 teaspoon sliced ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- spring onion
- Canola oil
Directions
- In a pot put all the ingredients then cover and cook over medium heat.
- When it is simmering reduce the heat to low and let simmer until the fish is cooked.
- Pour a little bit of canola oil.
- Serve.
