Ingredients
- 1.5 cup red wheat bran
- .62 cups unsweetened almond milk
- .66 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- .25 cup black strap molasses
- 1.5 tsp ground flax
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- .75 cup whole wheat flour
- .5 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- .5 cup prune baby food
- 1 cup Thompson raisons
- 1 banana
- .5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
Directions
- Blend you almond milk and wheat bran in a bowl.
- Let this soak for 20 min.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350 30 min
