    Ingredients

    • 1.5 cup red wheat bran
    • .62 cups unsweetened almond milk
    • .66 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    • .25 cup black strap molasses
    • 1.5 tsp ground flax
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • .75 cup whole wheat flour
    • .5 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    • 1 cup shredded carrot
    • .5 cup prune baby food
    • 1 cup Thompson raisons
    • 1 banana
    • .5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
    • 1 cup crushed pineapple

    Directions

    1. Blend you almond milk and wheat bran in a bowl.
    2. Let this soak for 20 min.
    3. Add remaining ingredients.
    4. Bake at 350 30 min
