Inihaw na Dalag
Inihaw or in our island province we call it sinalab. Ingredients
- 1 whole mudfish (dalag)
- 2 lemons
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Clean the fish by removing all its spikes.
- Slice and spread the dalag.
- Rub with salt.
- Grill over live charcoal with bit of fire until fish is done.
- Place in a platter, or we prefer on a banana leaf.
- Squeeze the sliced lemon over the fish.
- Serve as it is or with steamed rice.
