    A Filipino favorite in any part of the country.

    Ingredients

    • 1 kilo squid cleaned
    • 2 onions sliced
    • 5 cloves garlic chopped
    • 1 thumb ginger strips
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 3 tbsp Olive oil
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 cup Cane vinegar
    • salt and ground pepper to taste
    • 5 pcs red chili pepper chopped *optional

    Directions

    1. Add all the ingredients in a deep pan. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes without stirring.
    2. Put in the coconut milk and let it boil for a couple more minutes.
    3. Add the red chili pepper if desired.
    4. Put in the soy sauce and ground pepper.
    5. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
    6. Remove from heat and drizzle with olive oil before serving
