    Ingredients

    • 1 lb white fish
    • 1/2 lb potato, cooked
    • 1 onion
    • 2 teaspoons butter
    • 2 teaspoons flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon white pepper
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped

    Directions

    1. Chop the onion and glace in butter on low heat.
    2. Spread flour over, increase heat and stir well for 1 to 2 minutes.
    3. Add milk, pieces of fish and potatoes (i cut them to pieces as well).
    4. Heat that mixture up without bringing it to boil, it should just shimmer for quite some while so the fish blends into the sauce like mixture without getting too mashy.
    5. Spice with salt and pepper.
    6. Sprinkle with chive and serve.
