Hummus, Feta And Vegetable Wraps
Ingredients
- 4 x flour tortillas - (8" dia)
- 1 pkt Athenos Roasted Garlic Hummus - (7 ounce)
- 1 c. fresh spinach leaves
- 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
- 1/4 c. minced roasted red pepper
- 1/4 c. minced pitted ripe olives
Directions
- Spread tortillas proportionately with hummus. Top with remaining ingredients; wrap.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Great Substitutes: Substitute Athenos Spicy Three Pepper Hummus or possibly Roasted Red Pepper Hummus for Roasted Garlic Hummus. Substitute kalamata olives for pitted ripe olives.
