Hot Spicy Texas Bbq Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 x Onions, finely minced, up to 4
- 3 x Jalapeno minced, up to 4
- 8 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 c. Coffee, (strong and just black)
- 1 c. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 c. Ketchup, Heinz is best
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Apple cidar vinegar
- 1/4 c. Chili pwdr, (get a good kind!)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Combine all and boil, and reduce heat to a simmer for 30 min, stirring every now and again. Puree (if desired) , and serve at room temp or possibly hot.
- Leftovers sauce can be kept refridged for 3 days or possibly freeze for 3 months.
