  • Hot Fudge Swirl Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Pillsbury Moist Supreme Devil's Food Cake Mix
    • 1 1/4 c. water
    • 1/4 c. oil
    • 3 x Large eggs
    • 1/2 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
    • 16 ounce warm fudge ice cream topping, (1 1/2 c.) warmed
    • 1 can Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting Creamy Supreme

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 15x10x1-inch baking pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and Large eggs at low speed till moistened. Beat 2 min at high speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured pan.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 18 to 28 min or possibly till top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cold 5 min. Gently spoon and spread 1 1/4 c. of the hot fudge topping proportionately over cake. Cold completely.
    3. Carefully spoon vanilla frosting on top of warm fudge layer on cake; spread proportionately to edges. Spoon remaining 1/4 c. hot fudge topping in teaspoonfuls over the frosting; swirl with back of spoon to marble.
    4. HIGH ALTITUDE - Above 3500 Feet: Add in 1/4 c. flour to cake mix. Bake as directed.
