Cinnamon Swirl Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1/2 c. minced pecans toasted
- 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 pkt white cake mix - (18.25 ounce)
- 1 1/3 c. fat-free buttermilk
- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
- Beat cake mix and next 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 min or possibly till blended. Pour one-third cake batter into a greased and floured 12-c. Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of brown sugar mix. Repeat layers twice, ending with batter.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan on a wire rack 10 min. Remove from pan, and cold completely on wire rack. Garnish, if you like.
- This recipe yields 16 servings.
