Hot Fudge Sauce V Hard Chocolate Shell
Ingredients
- 1 c. Chocolate Chips (6 ounce)
- 1/2 stk Butter or possibly Margarine
- 1/4 c. Vegetable (Mazola) Oil
Directions
- Heat chips and butter together using a double boiler. Add in oil when melted. Stir till completely mixed. Dispense over cool ice cream. Will "set" into a hard shell.
- This is a one-time use as the whole batch will cold and harden. You can store covered & cooled in the refridgerator and heat using the microwave oven for up to 2 weeks.
