Hot Clam And Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk or possibly clam juice
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 can clams
- 2 tbsp. cooking sherry or possibly dry white wine (optional)
- 1 loaf French bread
Directions
- In pan over medium heat, heat cream cheese, garlic, lowfat milk and/or possibly clam juice (I use both). Add in Parmesan cheese, clams, sherry or possibly wine. Break up French bread and enjoy!
