Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk or possibly clam juice
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can clams
  • 2 tbsp. cooking sherry or possibly dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 loaf French bread

Directions

  1. In pan over medium heat, heat cream cheese, garlic, lowfat milk and/or possibly clam juice (I use both). Add in Parmesan cheese, clams, sherry or possibly wine. Break up French bread and enjoy!
