"Hot" Barbecued Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 12 x Chicken wings
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/3 c. Veg. oil
- 1/2 c. Lea & Perrins Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce
Directions
- Remove wing tips and cut wings in half. Dust in a mix of flour and chili pwdr and fry in warm oil, 8-10 min on each side, till golden. Drain on paper towels. Heat together the Lea & Perrins Barbecue Sauce and warm pepper sauce. Add in the cooked chicken wings and simmer for a few min.
