Hong Kong Style Breakfast Soup

- 1 lbs. elbow macaroni
- 2 qt. chicken stock ( light or low sodium )
- 1 lbs.diced cooked ham
- white pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the pasta in two quarts boiling water with 1 tsp salt
- Dice 1lbs. cooked ham steak
- Heat the chicken stock to a boil
- Add the pasta , ham and chicken stock to a bowl and sprinkle with white pepper and serve
