Honey Wheat Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 c. white flour
- 3 c. wheat flour
Directions
- Add in yeast to hot water till dissolved. Add in honey, baking pwdr, salt, and oil. Mix till a little sticky by adding flour, 3 c. at a time. Continue till all flour is mixed in. Don't KNEAD! Cover and let rise till double. Punch down and shape into rolls. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
