Honey~Sour Cream Corn Bread Muffins
Great with any meal time. Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn meal
- 3/4 cup self rising flour
- 1 beaten egg
- dash of iodized salt
- 2 tablespoons Pure Honey
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- Spray a 12 muffin tin pan with your favorite cooking spray, set aside
- In a mixing bowl add ingredients stir to mix (do not over-mix batter)
- Fill each tin muffin well 3/4ths full, place into the hot oven and bake 12 minutes or until lightly brown
- Allow to slightly cool, serve
- We love this with cinnamon butter
