Honey~Sour Cream Corn Bread Muffins

Great with any meal time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Corn meal
  • 3/4 cup self rising flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • dash of iodized salt
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Honey
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. Spray a 12 muffin tin pan with your favorite cooking spray, set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl add ingredients stir to mix (do not over-mix batter)
  4. Fill each tin muffin well 3/4ths full, place into the hot oven and bake 12 minutes or until lightly brown
  5. Allow to slightly cool, serve
  6. We love this with cinnamon butter
