Honey Mustard Pork Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 pcs pork butterfly steaks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Marinate the pork steaks in the mixture of the ingredients for an hour OR overnight.
- Grill over medium-high heat until slightly golden brown.
- Will take about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Do not overcook.
- Serve with your favorite side dish or steamed rice.
