  • Honey Mustard Bbq Beefwiches

    Ingredients

    • 3 3/4 c. two-way shredded beef
    • 1 c. honey mustard barbecue sauce
    • 4 x hamburger buns or possibly kaiser rolls split minced green bell pepper optional minced sweet onion optional

    Directions

    1. In slow cooker removable crock or possibly 1 1/2-qt microwave-safe dish, combine one portion shredded beef and barbecue sauce; mix thoroughly. Cover and microwave on high 5 to 6 min (6 to 7 min from refrigerator) or possibly till warm, stirring once.
    2. Place equal amounts of beef mix on bottom half of each bun. Top with bell pepper and onion, if you like. Close with top half of bun.
    3. Cook's tip: To reheat on stove top, in medium saucepan, combine ingredients as above. Heat over medium heat 11 to 13 min (13 to14 min from refrigerator) or possibly till warm, stirring occasionally.
